Sandra Noyola, has been the principal of P.S. 147 since 2011. She began her career with the New York City Department of Education over 20 years ago, working her way from paraprofessional to classroom teacher, literacy coach to assistant principal. Sandie has instituted thematically designated systems that facilitate improved learning methods for pre-kindergarten students and led the initiative to lunch the first and only Japanese Dual Language program in New York City. Sandie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Boricua College, a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercy College, and Advanced Degrees in both School Building and School District Leadership from Long Island University.
